Vegan Fried Rice


Sesame Oil – 4T
Rice, Cooked  – 6 cups
Carrots, shredded  – 4
Frozen Corn kernals  – 1 cup
Peas  – 1 cup
Onions, diced  – 2
Garlic, cloves  – 4
Tamari or Soy Sauce- 4T
Ginger, fresh – 2T
Frozen Stirfry Vegetables – 1 bag


1) Heat biggest pan you’ve got. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and shredded carrots, cook them over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add peas and corn kernels and cook for 2 minutes.

2) Add frozen vegetables and cook until hot.

3) Add the rice, soy sauce or tamari and cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until rice is hot.

4) Dish can be kept warm in a covered chafing dish an oven set to the lowest setting.
