- Miso, light – 1 cup
- Ginger root, fresh, grated – 1/2 cup
- Apple cider vinegar – 2/3 cup
- Sesame oil, dark – 2/3 cup
- Vegetable oil – 3 cups
- Water – 1 cup
In a large mixing bowl, combine miso, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix with hand blender.
Slowly add vegetable oil and continue mixing.
Lastly, add water slowly until consistency is thick and creamy.
(recipe makes approx. 1/2 gallon)
